Gesso's Light-Sound Collab Project
אור-קולי (Light-Sound) is a collaborative initiative by Gesso—an artist movement dedicated to local culture and experimental creation. The project pairs musicians and designers to create a unique "audio-poster" (כרזה) centered around a single keyword. For this round, the chosen theme was Freedom (חופש).
The Artistic Dialogue
In this collaboration, the music led the way. I created a visual response to an original track by Gido, a musician whose work balances deep bass with experimental poetry. My challenge was to translate his sonic language into a moving visual landscape.
I aimed to bridge the gap between digital biology and classical techniques, searching for organic "hints of nature" within a rigid technological space. The resulting animation is an exploration of "inner motion," where the visuals bloom and pulse as a direct reaction to the frequencies and rhythms of the track.
