Archeological Findings
This print was created for an exhibition exploring the archeological heritage of Jaffa. Inspired by the findings of my friend, archaeologist Nissim Zeitoune, I designed the artwork in a comic-book layout that showcases various artifacts uncovered around Jaffa and Israel, from ancient coins, menorahs, pottery shards and even skulls. Each artifact tells a piece of Jaffa’s story as a crossroads of civilizations for over 5,000 years.

Organized by Studio Ba’alei Melacha and the Old Jaffa Development Corporation, the exhibition invited artists to reflect on Jaffa’s rich historical layers through limited-edition, hand-printed works. These prints, signed and numbered, offer viewers a creative glimpse into Jaffa’s past as a cosmopolitan port city and its influence on the region.
