Flora in the City
Bezeq Shaft Project
A public mural painted on an old Bezeq shaft at Yigal Alon St & Hashalom Rd in Tel Aviv.
I turned the cylinder into a living canvas of local plants and wild patterns, as a small reminder that nature isn’t “somewhere else”, it’s here, pushing through the city’s infrastructure.
The piece mixes bold black-and-white flowing lines with bursts of color: a branching tree, cactus forms, and dense foliage that wrap around the structure and shift as you walk around it. It’s meant to be encountered casually, mid-commute, and to slightly reframe the street into something more alive.
