Dono.ai is transforming the U.S. real estate industry by replacing weeks of manual paper-chasing with a high-speed, AI-driven title search engine. For this explainer project, I was tasked with making centuries-old property records feel modern and accessible.
My goal was to visualize the invisible: the seamless transition from messy, fragmented data to verified, "underwriting-ready" results. Through a clean motion language and structured layout, the video demonstrates how Dono’s intelligence engine saves title professionals hundreds of hours while maintaining 100% accuracy.
